Our Services

We use a truck mount steam cleaning system that is recommended by nearly all carpet manufacturers and carpet fiber producers. Our carpet cleaning equipment is mounted in a van; therefore, the only things that enter your home or business is the cleaning technician, hoses, and cleaning wand. All cleaning material and water produced from the steam is removed from your home and disposed of in a proper manner.

The steam extraction units that we use reach tempatures of 250 degrees to assist in the removal of the most stubborn dirt, dust, and debris particals. The high suction pressures of our steam extraction machines allow for quick dry times as well as cleaner carpet.

We know you value your carpet and want it cleaned thoroughly, professionally, and trouble-free. We value your time like we value ours and vow to arrive on-site when we say we will, perform the needed service in a timely manner, and leave the site with nothing for you to have to clean up.

In some cases, depending upon the need for furniture to be left in a room due to size or lack of storage elsewhere, the only after service issue you as the customer may need to address is the simple removal of the furniture blocks we may use to protect your furniture from moisture. This is a simple matter of removing the block from beneath the furniture and discarding it. If you need assistance with this task, just give us a call.

Our 10 step cleaning process was developed for maximum carpet cleaning and carpet beautification.

1. Pre-Inspection: We will complete a thorough walk through to answer any questions or concerns the customer may have.

2. Agitation: We agitate the carpet to loosen any stubborn dirt and debris.

3. Pre-vacuum: This step is crucial; it can remove up to 79% of soil in the carpet.

4. Furniture moving: Most, if not all furniture will be removed and replaced on furniture blocks for maximum carpet dry time. Some furniture cannot be moved such as dressers, beds, china cabinets, armoires, electronics, pianos, or pool tables. Furniture will be replaced on furniture blocks if necessary.

5. Spot treatment: Any spot treatment will be addressed at this time.

6. Pre-spray: We will treat your carpet with top-of-the-line biodegradable cleaning products that are consistent with industry standards and manufacturer recommendations. Furthermore, the products we use are safe for your family (babies, pets, elderly, allergy-sensitive individuals).

7. Agitation: We agitate our product to insure maximum effectiveness and cleaning potential.

8. Extract and Rinse: At this time steam is introduced to the cleaning product to create the cleaning reaction. A pH balancing fiber rinse is introduced to remove the cleaning product form your carpet and leave your carpet feeling soft and refreshing. Steam is 250 degrees to assist in killing bacteria and maximum cleaning. The extraction leaves your carpet 90% dry.

9. Speed-drying: This is only necessary in emergency situations such as last minute dinner parties, unexpected company arrival, or unexpected opening hours.

10. Post-Inspection: We will complete a walk through with the customer to answer any questions. However, if the customer has questions after we leave the site that cannot be satifactorily answered by contacting us by telephone or our website, we will return to the site at no extra charge to address the issue.
